These terms cover your use of packandpattern.com and the early-access list. By using the site or joining the list you agree to them. Pack&Pattern is operated by Mercy Adetokunbo (“we”, “us”).

The early-access list

Joining the list is free, needs no payment or card, and does not commit you to buy anything. It also does not guarantee access by any particular date. We will email you when early access opens, and you decide then whether to start. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Founding price

People on the early-access list will be offered a founding price when we launch. That price is held for as long as your subscription stays active. If you cancel and later return, the price on offer at that time applies. We will confirm the exact price before you pay anything. The founding price is an offer to list members, not a binding sale.

Concept designs and previews

The designs, gallery, interface panels and feature descriptions on this site are concept previews that show the kind of thing you could create. Not every look or feature shown will be in the first release, and things may change or arrive in stages. Nothing on the site is a promise of a specific feature or date.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for weaknesses, send automated or false sign-ups, or copy it in bulk.

Our content

The Pack&Pattern name, logo, designs, text and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and share its link, but you may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or always online.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms, and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. For material changes we will let early-access members know by email.
